Janusz obtained his Masters Degree in Architecture and Urban Design in 1986 at the Silesian University in Poland. Whilst practicing in Poland, Janusz received the prestigious 'Lord Major of Oswiecim (Auschwitz)' award for the Urban Master Plan for the City of Oswiecim in 1988.

Specialising in ecological design as well as conservation and restoration of hertitage architecture, Janusz has been involved in such projects as the King Fisher Bay resort on Fraser Island, Whitsunday Vista Resort at Airlie Beach, the Red Centre Resort redevelopment in Alice Springs, the Noosa Blue Resort and the Paradiso in Kingscliff.

Janusz also offers expertise in computer graphics, modelling, animation and computer visualization.
